Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any
entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
2. Entry is open to residents of VIC, NSW, QLD, TAS & WA. Employees of the Promoter,
the Promoter's associated companies, the Promoter's agencies associated
with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promotion commences 11.11.2008 & closes last mail received 13.02.2009
(“Promotion Period”).
4. To enter the prize draw, complete the original entry form, answering all 10
survey questions and send to: “Sticky Dots”, Brand Power Promotion,
Melbourne VIC 8020 or enter via www.brandpower.com.au.
5. Entry is limited to once per person and may only be made on an original entry
form or online on www.brandpower.com.au
6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the
right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including
submitting multiple entries or for submitting an entry that is otherwise not in
accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. Prize is a Olympus MJU 1040 Digital Camera valued at RRP$299.95, a Ted's
Cameras printing voucher valued at $50, a dry mount photo Album valued at
$29.95 and a Sellotape ‘Dots' pack, valued at RRP$45.00 (each pack
consists of the following products: Sticky Dots Removable, Sticky Dots
Permanent, Sticky Dots Mini, Photo Dots, Transfer Dots, Foam Pads, Sticky
Discs Invisible and Sticky Tape). Total value per prize is $424.90
8. There are a total of 7 prizes to be awarded.
9. Prize Draw: The prize draw will be conducted at 210 Lorimer Street, Port
Melbourne VIC 3207 on 20.02.2009 at 10am. The first 7 valid entries drawn
will win the prize. All Winners will be notified by mail and their names and
postcodes will be published in The Australian on 06.03.2009.
10. Total prize pool is valued at $2,974.30.
11. Prize is not transferable & cannot be taken as cash.
12. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is
suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for
personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using
the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. Each entry becomes the property of the Promoter.
14. Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the same time and
place as the original draw on 21.05.2009 to distribute any prizes unclaimed by
that date. The first valid entry drawn will win the prize and the draw will
continue until all unclaimed prizes have been distributed. Winners of any
prizes will be notified in writing and their names and postcodes will be
published in The Australian on 01.06.2009.
16. The winner should look to the manufacturer of products awarded as prizes for
all warranties. However, these terms and conditions do not exclude or limit
the application of any statutory provision (including a provision of the Trade
Practices Act 1974) where to do so would contravene that statute or cause
any part of these terms and conditions to be void.
17. Subject to the approval process required by any relevant gaming or lotteries
authority, in the event that any prize item is unavailable despite the
Promoter's reasonable endeavours to procure within Australia, the Promoter
reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value.
18. Prize will only be delivered in Australia and the winner should allow 28 days
from prize draw for delivery of their prize.
