TENA  Brand Power Promotion

Conditions of Entry

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Employees and their immediate families of the promoter, its associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter.


2. To enter, answer all 3 questions and purchase any TENA product and enter the barcode on the entry form. Promotion is valid in all states of Australia only and to entrants over the age of 18 years. Only one entry per person is permitted. Illegible, incomprehensible or incomplete entries are deemed invalid and will be discarded. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.


3. Promotion commences 29th June 2010. Entries close 10th September 2010. The prize draw will take place at Buchanan Group 210 Lorimer Street Port Melbourne VIC 3207 on 17th September 2010 at 10am. This is a game of chance.


4. The first winning entry will win a personal cheque to the value of AUD$1000. The next 3 winning entries will each win a personal cheque to the value of AUD$500 TOTAL PRIZE POOL VALUED UP TO AUD$2500.


5. Prize winners will be notified via email by 24th September 2010 and Prize winners will also have their names and postcodes published in The Australian on 29th September 2010.


6. Prizes must be taken as offered. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered, including, but not limited to, direct or consequential loss, or for any personal injury suffered or sustained following the acceptance of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.


7. The Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the same time and place as the original draw on 17th December 2010 to distribute the prize unclaimed by that date. The draw will continue until the unclaimed prize has been distributed.


8. Prizes will only be delivered in Australia and the winner should allow 28 days from prize draw for delivery of their prize.


9. Entrants' personal information will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this competition and its winners.  In certain circumstances, the personal information of winners will be provided to authorities that regulate this competition. All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. Where the entrant has consented, the entrant's personal information may be used by the Promoter, or it's Related Entities for marketing and promotional purposes only.


10. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.


11. Caution: any attempt to deliberately damage any website or the information on a website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these conditions of entry or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the promoter for those losses, damages and costs.


12. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.


13. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any applicable legislation.
